Members in either service get big savings (up to 60%!) off our non-member prices; there is no obligation to buy anything and you may cancel your service at any time, simply by contacting us by phone or mail.

We understand that women have different skincare needs; therefore, we provide you with the options of selecting between 25ml and 50ml supplies of Silkies Enriche Anti-Aging Moisturiser and deciding when you would like to receive your next delivery of Silkies Enriche™ Anti-Ageing Moisturiser.

Follow these steps to customise your order:
When you return your payment, indicate when you would like to receive your next delivery on the front of your payment slip.

Then make a change to the size that you would like to receive in your next delivery on the back of the payment slip.

Enclose the bottom portion of your payment slip with your payment, and return it in the reply envelope provided. If you would like to customize following your first delivery, please call Customer Service to make a change.

There are four ways to cancel your Silkies Enriche™ Skincare Service account:

1. Return your payment today for your current skincare delivery with the word "cancel" written on the payment slip.


2. Contact a Silkies Enriche™ Customer Service Professional at 0845 026 2013 Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm. Be sure to have your Silkies Enriche™ Skincare Service account number and your credit card handy, so you can pay for your current delivery and cancel your account with one call.


3. Fax your cancellation request to us at: 0151 530 2550. Please include your Silkies Enriche™ Skincare Service account number and your credit card number to pay for your current delivery and cancel at the same time.


4. Return your unopened package to:
